It is a very shallow mount 12" subwoofer that is tailored for SQ above all else. It is designed for a .5-.6 cubic foot sealed enclosure and the driver itself is only 3.2" deep so anyone should be able to find room to fit this subwoofer. This woofer will utilize a six layer copper clad aluminum dual 4 Ohm voice coil. It uses a nomex spider with sewn-on flat leads and a shallow profile treated paper cone and dust cap with a compliant (soft) rubber surround.
