I’m always on the lookout for the plushiest and most comfy shoes in the market so I’m really curious about the 990. Yes absolutely. My first 990s were v5s and they have ortholite insoles, but I know there is more to it than that, might be the encap material too. Way better than boost, react, and whatever else is out there.

I own the T/Top batch of the 2002r protection pack as well as the 992s of the same batch. I would be lying if i said the soles felt the same, because they don’t at all. You can never go wrong with a pair of New Balance! I have everything from Jordan’s, to Yeezy’s, to ASICS, etc., but my New Balance’s are literally some of the most comfortable and wearable shoes in my collection.
